SCHEDULE
PRACTICES/SCRIMMAGES
Practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to
approximately 6:30 p.m. at Kapiolani Park.
Scrimmages
are scheduled throughout the year.
FAST
FOOTWORK
Fast
Footwork is an essential part of the training process and
are held seasonally throughout the year. Fast Footwork sessions are held on
Saturdays at Kapiolani Park. Players are placed in the Beginners,
Intermediate or Advanced session.
Advanced
sessions start at 8 a.m., Intermediate at 8:45 a.m. and Beginners at
9:30 a.m.
LEAGUE
PLAY
The
team plays competitive soccer in the MISO Jr. league in the Fall and the
Hawaii Youth Soccer Association-Oahu league in the Spring.
