6/6/11 - The Bulls have brought in English coach Steve Beaglehole to train the U15-U18 teams from June 6-9.  Steve is the head academy coach for Leicester City, as well as the Northern Ireland national team coach for the U19 and U21 teams.  Watch this interview to hear his feedback on grass roots soccer.

5/13/11 - Punahou’s Scott Granger and Caprice Dydasco of Kamehameha were named the Gatorade soccer players of the year for Hawaii. Granger, a senior midfielder for the state champion Buffanblu, scored eight goals with eight assists. The Star-Advertiser’s state player of the year will be attending Creighton. Dydasco, a senior forward, scored 15 goals with 11 assists in helping the Warriors to the state semifinals. The member of the U18 Women’s National Team has signed to play at UCLA.  [staradvertiser.com].

4/17/11 - Scott Granger (93B) named State Player of the Year; joining him on the 1st team were Nathan Fernandez (Baldwin), Jason Khamvongsa (Kaiser), Chandler Teruya (Punahou), Charlie Yamamoto (Punahou) and Coach Dave Trifonovitch (Punahou); also earning All-State consideration were Leland Gomez (St. Louis), Aaron Goo (St. Louis), Nic Kapua (Pearl City), Ekolu Komomua (Kamehameha), Alex Lam (Punahou), Josh Perry-Kruse (Kaiser), Kamalei Rosa (Waialua) and Chad Wissing (Hilo) [staradvertiser.com].
